Position: Manager Credit Risk Department & Insurance consultancy (A.I)

Duties:
• Built up new Credit department, wrote policy and was instrumental in training Sales people
• Improved in-house Credit tools for A/R team to facilitate accurate & timely Cash collection
• Reduced DSO and operating costs while retaining customer satisfaction
• Improved good credit relationships among customers, internal communication/information flow
(Munich <-> Amsterdam), Sales and Technical managers in order to maintain a positive image
