Development and training of Order-To-Cash (O2C) solution for BearingPoint customers with objective to achieve cost savings.

• Order to Cash Project Manager for int’l Healthcare Company, Hospira Healthcare.
Restructuring and further development of a support organisation focused on setting up processes and procedures to achieve cost savings. An important aspect of the assignment was receiving buy-in from the different organisation units, which included Product Divisions, Corporate and Shared Service Centre (SSC) operations and 3rd party.

• International SOX project with Royal Dutch Shell Plc.
Working for a large SOX programme team, Suresh was responsible for implementation (process mapping, control definition and testing) within the Downstream businesses on two global project rollouts.

• Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Internal Audit Attestation for Danka France.
Complete SOX attestation was performed, from writing test scripts to performing the testing of Internal Controls for various departments within the Danka France Organisation. Presentation of test results was given to the Local Financial Director, the Director of Internal Audit and the VP of Internal Audit, together with remediation suggestions for those controls which did not meet SOX requirements.

• Revenue and Operations project manager for Textiles manufacturer
Implementation of business processes and realization of key business functions to ensure that the business was operative before the set launch date in 2005. In addition in addition he was responsible for realization of the operational activities for the London, Milan & The Hague offices.

• Order to Cash Project Manager for large Energy company

Suresh has a degree in Business Administration and is currently studying for his Degree in Risk Management.
