I’m a senior ICT & Project Executive with more then 13 years of experience. The last 6 years I was champion in several international projects on an European level involving people from all over the world: from Canada to China.

I started my career with companies where I had the opportunity to manage all aspects of ICT. I built a profound knowledge by translating business requirements and targets, from business strategy to the ICT specialists. Further, I took the opportunity to manage different projects and obtained knowledge in several disciplines: Human Resources, Security, Network Infrastructure, LAN/WAN Implementation, Program Languages, ERP Implementation, Outsourcing Management, Consulting, Contract Management, Telecommunication, PBX’s, Voice over IP, etc.

The last years I built an ICT vision pushing towards a cost-justified ICT infrastructure and ICT services in order to serve better business benefits. I improved the quality of business operations by ensuring that ICT processes underpin the business processes and built a more reliable business support. Besides ICT, I took the leadership in the re-configuration of the project management, resulting in a project methodology and project structure for the company based on PMI. The methodology enabled cross-functional teams to be finished in time and budget without neglecting the quality. I managed several international projects, such as process improvement, process re-engineering, process start-up, software development, hardware development and implementation, green-field plants, plant expansions, plant refurbishments and plant start-up.
