Work Experience

The past 4 years I�ve worked on a freelance base for a supplier of Volvo Cars Ghent, DSV Solutions Automotive Ghent. Here I was responsible for:
- Trainings for order-pickers, internal drivers en operational seniors according to workprocedures, flows and quality.

- projectgroup DSV: implementation new products, improvement proposals and developing, supporting and guiding new working methods

- ad-interim ware-house management
Fase 1: start up new logistics centre ( march 2008 � february 2009 )
o Training and coaching in function off new products and processes
o Monitoring and handling internal and external quality order-picking
o Implement and monitor new working procedures
o Team building: expansion: 30 to 150 employees in night shift
Fase 2: training and coaching new shiftleaders ( march 2009 � november 2009 )
- Support and monitor training Operations
o lay out the necessary training and preparation
o competence management
o reporting

At the same time I was responsible for setting up a training program for �W.e.L-project� � a division of Plus Uitzendkrachten. This project had as goal to train and coach new retail staff ( mostly youngsters ) in class and on the shopfloor. Some trainings that were developed are:
o sales methodologies
o customer behavior
o dealing with conflicts and aggression
o communicational skils

Other assignments fit within communication skills training, Dutch at the workplace and smaller ad- interim jobs ( f.e. ad-interim teamleader, � ).

o integral quality of the training,

o leading team meetings and meetings with outsiders

I can best describe myself as a dynamic personality with a hands-on mentality and operational set. To coach and motivate others to work together to get a better result is what drives me in a job. In addition, to become solid solutions or improvements I make critically analyzes from others and myself. I function best in an environment where clear and direct communication is common. A 9-to-5 setting is strange to me.
