Working together with the local MT (Finance, Marketing, Sales, products IS & CS) and reporting to the European director in London and the worldwide director in Seattle. Created a strategy for reducing the number of complaints and errors, resulting in a 61% drop of topics in the first 6 months of the fiscal year. Worked with all internal advertising systems, including MSN Direct response, tool for optimizing rest bulk inventory.

2001-2005 Microsoft BV – Manager team Information Services MSN, responsible for end user satisfaction, sales target, business development, budget of multiple M and people management for the products www.msn.nl and MSN Search. Information Services is part of the Marketing department. MSN was a start up in that phase. 5 direct reports, MT member and reporting to the Country Manager. Developed strategic plan and rollout for 5 years. Strong results and major growth achieved in Unique Users, Page Views and Search reach (1% -> 7%). Chosen as best department business manager in Europe, Africa & Middle East in 2002 and Best Website of the year in The Netherlands in 2004. Part of multiple international project groups, most senior in role after 3 years world wide.

1998-2001 Infostradasports BV – Group Manager New Media, TV, Radio, Print & Business Development. Start up company with 7 direct reports and 5 customers growing to 10 directs and 35 clients. Created department strategy and expanded the role. Worked with NOS, Canal+, BBC, Olympic Commitee, Fox8, ZDF, Amstel, Heineken, SBS6, De Telegraaf, Sportweek, Voetbal International, Eurosport and many more key players. Developed and maintained a large satellite project, including 9 dishes,
56 receivers, 42 tv sets in wall format and 5000+ channels.
