ETIS is a global alliance of major telecommunications operators to support strategic planning and the cooperative development of strategic IT solutions.
I lead a small team of strategy consultants providing expertise to major telecom operators, telecom and IT equipment manufacturers, International telecommunications policy agencies, the European Commission, and national governments. To disseminate strategic decisions I also designed, organized, and ran numerous events, workshops, seminars and conferences. On an operational level I established and developed the marketing and communications functions for the alliance covering external client relations as well as internal alliance partners. This included both traditional and electronic channels as well as promotional and developmental partnerships.
