· Identified business opportunity in the USA, developed mid-term strategy and tactical plan for the USA, personally executed the strategy/plan (including relocating to the USA) resulting in 3 US sales offices totaling over 6,000,000 in the first 18 months at a 47% overall margin.

· Expanded product offerings transforming US operations from \"sales offices\" into a full trading operation, projecting 1st year trading sales in excess of 2,000,000 at 40% margin.

· Build and led export operations to Latin America (two weeks a month in Latin America, two weeks a month at corporate HQ in The Netherlands for the first 3 year period) resulting in sales and marketing operations in ALL South American countries, including major accounts as IBM and UNISYS.

· Negotiated and executed OEM agreement with Hewitt Packard company. Agreed strategic cooperation’s with Compaq and Checkpoint.

· Established various distributor channels covering Russia, Hungary, Poland, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Czech republic, France, Greece, Turkey, Scandinavia, Spain and Italy.

Scantech products find their way to the end user through the channels of Auto-ID distributors, System Integrators and Value Added Resellers (VAR)
