Role :
Responsible for the operational and strategic nature of IT services being delivered to the business. The Company’s core business is heavily reliant on technology as on-line service provider, which is reflective in the multi million Swiss Franc budget allocated to IT ( ~ 12 Mio CHF ). Responsible for the entire logistic and security.
Projects Summary :
Member of the Banking Commission in charge to design, implement and guaranty the IT reliability and security in regard to the external auditors and the FINMA as a future Bank. Drove and monitor IT Budget and forecast. Managed and directed :
• The ISO 9001 and 27001 project
• IT Project developing and delivering state-of-the-art infrastructure and disaster recovery plan to the future Bank
• The e-trading software market analysis and strategy
• The implementation of this new e-trading platform
• The selection and implementation of a Core Banking System ( APSYS - Sungard )
• Several IT Project and strategy ( RIPE membership, LAN / WAN, Data Centers locations and distribution, DRP and online replication, KPI, Risks definition and monitoring, Help desk and ticketing )
• Merging and acquisition business plan and strategy definition.
• Lead the pre-sales negotiation and agreement signature to purchase an e-trading platform source code including the transfer of knowledge.
• Drove the development and creation of a Java development company in Amman – Jordan.
• Drove the operational and technical partnership strategy ( HP, IBM, Lenovo, SUN, NetApp, Cisco, Foundry, Fortinet, Tippingpoint, UBS, Reuters, Bloomberg, LCG, Currenex, Interoute, ICT, Nexellent, Tiscali, Init7, Colt, BT, Orbitel, Orange, Swisscom, Black Berry, etc ).
• Design and deliver a dedicated website for the research department

Position : Modeling, planning and simulation manager
Role :
• Participate to pre and post sales activities ( Banking, watches, luxury, transportation, etc )
• Participate to RFP ( Request For Proposal)
• Build and identify partnership and partner agreement
• Participation in the definition of the strategy plan and actions
• Research, Selection and evaluation of potential collaborators to develop the activity around modeling, planning and simulation tools
• In charge of marketing activities : Newspaper review, website reorganization, design of new marketing tools and commercial initiatives
• Administrator and moderator of the Cognos User Group Romandie

Position : Senior Banking Consultant
Role :
• Participate to pre and post sales activities at Banking service level
• Participate to RFP ( Request For Proposal)
• Maintain technical ( non-commercial) contacts with partners
• Evaluate partner solutions
• Take part of the BCC (Banking Center Competence), develop strategic banking projects and teams
• Research, Selection and evaluation of potential collaborators, from developers to projects directors
