Responsibility: in charge of the Finance function of Emerging Markets (+Japan), with sales >500 M€, reporting to the Controller Global Operations. Management of 10 local/regional controllers.
Achievements:
• successfully performed the role of business partner of the Vice President Emerging Markets
• managed with success the forecasting exercises in a difficult context of exchange rate fluctuations, the existence of multiple partnerships and several re-organizations
