I have been active in the field of General Management, Business Development and Marketing and Sales for more than ten years. In that period I have been the founding Managing Director of Yahoo! Search Marketing Benelux, founding Managing Director of AOL in the Benelux and founder and CCO of Elysiants.

As my resume shows I have extensive experience in building, managing and growing a company with different (international) offices within the online media, telecom and luxury industry in the broadest sense.
I have created viable business plans for both domestic and foreign markets and designed and implemented strategies for marketplace penetration in over ten countries.
This while working with stakeholders and investors and within a multi©\cultural environment.

I have extensive experience in both national and international business ethics. I have developed a strong and very professional network across Europe, MEA and USA.

I have personally introduced the still leading Search Engine Marketers Accreditation to license SEM companies in the Benelux, which is regarded as an industry wide standard and have personally launched, managed and marketed companies in, among others: Netherlands, Belgium, Dubai, Beirut, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Hong Kong, Curacao and Miami. I am also a member of the Interactive Media & Marketing Board of the DDMA, hosting special events regarding specific marketing topics (email, narrow casting, search, social media marketing etc.)
