1974 – 1989 Department manager Laboratory and chemical technology of an international precious metal company. Among other things, responsible for
· Quality control and chemical production.
· HSE management (health, safety and environmental) of all plants of the company located in the Netherlands.
· Direct and indirect manager of > 40 employees.
· Permissions, in compliance with Environmental laws in complex plant situations.

1972 – 1974 Manager Quality Control of a light metals company in Germany. Among other things, responsible for quality control of production.
