v Project Manager (freelance) (from Nov 2000 till now) in benefit of a company dealing with development and service activities in the field of Web and Database applications and e-learning solutions.
The tasks consist of:
Organising and scheduling the development of web applications, e learning & courseware material;
Establishing the planning and coordination between ongoing and future projects;
Assuring the co-ordination between all of the subcontractors;

Ø Relational Activities :
ü Recruitment and training of developer teams;

ü Monitoring of co-operative actions between contracting parties (prime contractor, subcontractors);

v Software Trainer & Developer (freelance): from 01 Jan 1998 until Nov 2000

Ø Relational Activities :
ü End user training in MS Office & Lotus products;
ü Development of customised and proprietary courseware for business clients;

Ø Results obtained: besides numerous trainings, manuals were developed as team leader for clients (e.g. Creyfs Interim and ICSAT).



v Chief of Training within The Air Support Unit of the “Belgische Rijkswacht” : 1993-1998

Ø Functional Activities :
ü Analysis of the needs of Air Support in order to set up ab initio a new unit;
ü Investigation and analysis of the training needs to meet the requirements to fulfil the mission.

Ø Educational Activities :
ü Establishment of all training syllabi;
ü Planning and coordination in the development of the required courseware.

Ø Results obtained: When leaving the unit, all personnel was educated and trained for the new mission. A continuity training system installed and transfer of knowledge and skills obtained in such a degree that users could start operating independently.
