As a allround HR professional I have seen almost all areas within Human Resources, both in management and consultant roles. With my thorough education background in Human Resources, General Management and Career Counseling (all MsC), I have always been working with fun and passion on the development of organisation and people. I always want to explore and develop the talents of people. I know how to appreciate and motivate people, so they can get the best out of their possibilities.
I do not only use this coaching role in business, but also in leisure, for example in my role as trainer/coach within Track & Field and in the organisation of national and international sportsevents.
Along with a lot of energy and my hands-on mentality the competencies selfstarting, teamplayer, resultsdriven and entrepreneurial enforce the quality of my work.
