• Integrated Genuity International into Level3; setting up strategy, migration of all customers and core network, integration of processes and reporting structure and setting up training.
• Managing program to build a 600 sites worldwide network based on MPLS VPN technology. Running a team of 10-25 people. Ordervalue € 10mln.
• Running several projects for large ISP’s to delivery international backbones; also acting as service manager towards the larger corporate customers.

US based Value Added Service Provider of internet services, providing services worldwide. Customer base are large multinationals that require communication services (Access, VPN, firewall, Hosting)

Manager Project Management
• Running a team of 5 project managers; setting up Prince II as standard project methode to use within Genuity International. Creating standard project documentation and setting up reporting structure.
• Project Managing large international customer projects (15-60 sites) building IP VPN networks based on IPsec technology. Order value between €500K and €1mln.
• Working on several RFPs and presenting project structures to potential customers.
• Single point of operational contact for larger Dutch corporate customers.
